FAQ

* We are first come, first serve and have plenty of space for large groups. We do not take reservations. For groups starting at 20 people and a minimum of two week's notice you can submit a private event request here.

* Well-behaved pets on a leash are permitted in the gardens. 

* Folks under 21 are permitted in the gardens with a parent or legal guardian. Friday and Saturday's after 9pm we are 21+

* Guests over 21 will need a valid photo driver's license, ID card issued by the PA Department of Transportation or any other U.S. or Canada state, a valid US Armed Forces ID card, or a valid Passport or travel visa issued by the US or a foreign country that contains the holder's photograph. 

* In case of inclement weather we have multiple covered areas in the garden for passing showers. The gardens will close due to lighting and heavy rain. For updates on closures, be sure to follow our social media channel @phspopupgardens 

* Please not outside food or beverages.

* If you have lost something in the gardens please email popupevents@pennhort.org with as much information as possible: which garden, what date and timeframe, and description of your item and we will check and get back to you.
